Join Kat Mackinnon for a class on creating and honing your home apothecary.
You'll learn about the medicine of 10 herbs, how to begin developing your own formulas, and simple medicine-making techniques.
We'll discuss how to plan for the needs of your community, what herbs and supplies to stock in your medicine chest, herbal safety, the ideal time for making different types of medicinal preparations, and more.
This class will especially focus on herbs that grow wild and weedy in Colorado!
